With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Christian brings a rare combination of legal expertise, investment experience, and operational know-how to CoLiv Management Services. A former real estate attorney in New Jersey and New York, he specialized in property transactions, contracts, and negotiations—skills he now applies to structuring profitable, well-protected Coliving investments for property owners.

Christian’s deep understanding of real estate law, contracts, and deal strategy allows him to anticipate challenges before they arise, protect owner interests, and create efficient, scalable property management systems. As both a licensed Realtor and the owner of a personal portfolio exceeding 20+ rental properties, he has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to maximize returns while maintaining high resident satisfaction.
A Southwest Florida resident for over a decade and fluent in Spanish, Christian pairs local market insight with a national-level business perspective—helping Coliv Management Services deliver professional, results-driven management for the growing Coliving market.

Jamie brings a unique blend of marketing expertise, real estate knowledge, and hands-on property management experience to CoLiv Management Services. After a successful career in marketing and events for a yacht dealership in SWFL, she transitioned to real estate full time in 2021 and quickly expanded her focus to the growing world of Coliving.

With a proven track record in managing Airbnb vacation rentals and PadSplit shared living properties, Jamie understands the balance between maximizing returns for property owners and creating comfortable, well-run homes for residents. She leverages her background in social media, internet marketing, and events to keep properties full, operations smooth, and residents happy.
Fluent in Spanish and a year-round SWFL resident for over a decade, Jamie combines local market insight with meticulous attention to detail—ensuring that every lease, maintenance request, and resident experience is handled with care. requests, and vendor coordination—including payment processing. Alex also delivers detailed monthly financial reports using our in-house software and provides the concierge-level
service we promise to every real estate investment partner.
We are not just managing PadSplit properties, we are also investors in them! We have acquired and manage our own Portfolio of PadSplit properties with a proven 90% + occupancy rates.
